We hope that the management department will deal with it seriously.For this reason, the announcement is as follows: According to the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, Internet information service providers are not allowed to produce, copy, publish or disseminate information that contains contents such as spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability.The relevant judicial interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate also clearly stipulates that those who fabricate false information or knowingly spread false information on the information network and cause serious disorder of public order will be convicted and punished as the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble.Cac has also specified in relevant regulations that the founders and managers of Internet groups should fulfill the responsibility of group management and regulate group online behaviors and information release in accordance with laws and regulations, user agreements and platform conventions.When participating in group information exchange, members of Internet groups shall abide by laws and regulations, interact in a civilized manner and express themselves rationally. They shall not fabricate false information, distort the truth or mislead the public.The Shanghai Internet Information Office hereby reminds the owners and members of social media groups to abide by the law in any online behavior.
